Default Best Audio Editor and Convertor
I am in need of Good Audio Editor and convertor that would be helpful to convert my Wave file into Mp3. I am expecting a product
that would be a best in Audio Editing and Converting, please recommend.

I use Audacity. It's free, works well, does it's job.

Soundforge is what I use to cut and edit samples. It's pretty comprehensive.

I think CDEX will also do pretty decent conversion wav to mp3, that's free too iirc.

Wavepad the free version will let you edit,convert and clean up noise

I would suggest using FlexiMusic Audio Editor. It has a good set of features i use it when i edit, record and convert my mp3s
